This doesn't work for us at our local level as we want the ability to track consumables and assets other than CI's as well as a full "cradle to grave" approach. We currently use ServiceNow but the powers above have decided that we are not to use the "Asset" and "Procurement" modules and just use the "Configuration" module for asset management.
